Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time for Portugal is 8 to 18 business days after processing. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Is the jade roller made of natural stone?
Yes. The roller is made of natural jade, cold to the touch and smooth on the skin.
What is the difference between the Jade Horn and the Jade Heart?
The Jade Horn has an elongated shape, ideal for the neck, jawline, and cheekbones. The Jade Heart has a rounded shape, perfect for the forehead, eye area, and face contour. Both include a roller and a scraper.
Can I return the product?
Yes. We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving the order, provided the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Does the packaging refer to the supplier?
No. All orders are sent in neutral packaging, without any external reference.
